• Changes in May 2024

  From 6th May 2024:

  • PR3 / SPR3: Digby P&R – Sowton P&R – RD&E Hospital (Dartline)
    • Revised timetable

   

  From 12th May 2024:

  • X51 / X53: Axminster – Bridport – Weymouth (First Wessex)
    • Revised timetable

• Changes in March and April 2024

  Stagecoach are making alterations to a number of their services throughout March and April 2024, with most changes taking effect on 14th April 2024. For details and timetables, please visit the Stagecoach website.

  There will also be changes to certain services operated by other companies – please see below for details:

   

  From 31st March 2024:

  • 218 / 219: Hartland – Bude (Go Cornwall Bus)
    • Revised timetable.
  • Exmoor Coaster: Minehead – Lynmouth (First Buses of Somerset)
    • Service restarts for summer season.

   

  From 14th April 2024:

  • PR3 / SPR3: Digby P&R – Sowton P&R – RD&E Hospital (Dartline)
    • Revised timetable and SPR3 withdrawn.
  • 25: Dulverton – Taunton (First Buses of Somerset)
    • Revised timetable.
  • 42C: Woolwell – Plymouth (Plymouth Citybus)
    • Revised timetable.
  • NEW – 171: Newton Abbot – Moretonhampstead – Princetown – Tavistock (Country Bus)
    • New service operating Monday to Saturday between 15 April and 2 November 2024.
  • NEW – 172: Tavistock – Princetown – Dartmeet – Ashburton – Newton Abbot (Country Bus)
    • New service operating Monday to Saturday between 15 April and 2 November 2024.
  • 178: Newton Abbot – Okehampton (Country Bus and Stagecoach)
    • New additional peak-time journeys operated by Stagecoach.
  • 325: Lapford – Barnstaple (Taw & Torridge and Country Bus)
    • Will now additionally operate on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  • 347: Cheriton Fitzpaine – Crediton (Dartline)
    • This service will now only operate on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • 381: Ottery St Mary Town Service (Dartline)
    • This service will now only operate on Thursdays.
  • 607: Crediton Town Service (Dartline)
    • This service will now only operate on Tuesdays.

Fare Car services

From the end of February 2024, Fare Cars F5 (Honiton) and F18 (Cullompton) will be withdrawn. Fare Car F11 (Chard/Axminster) will also be withdrawn after operation on 14th March 2024. Some locations served by these Fare Cars are on existing local bus routes. Alternative transport provision is also available through community transport schemes, for those not on an existing bus route or with mobility issues that prevent them from walking to the nearest bus stop.

 

Get around for £2 – now extended until December 2024

Pay less to travel by bus! A single bus journey will cost no more than £2 on most routes across Devon. Find out more about the government backed bus fare cap scheme.
